Pablo Spinadel is a visionary leader, passionate mentor, and innovator with over 30 years of experience across consulting, industry, and academia. Known for his ability to inspire and empower, Pablo has transformed organizations worldwide while nurturing talent and fostering resilience in individuals and teams. His expertise spans a wide range of industries, including technology, logistics, education, telecommunications, banking, and energy.
Throughout his career, Pablo has lived and worked in six countries—Argentina, Austria, South Africa, Australia, Brazil, and Uruguay—holding leadership roles at Partners In Performance, McKinsey & Co., IBM, and his entrepreneurial ventures. In every role, he has combined a results-driven approach with deep care for people, developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and fostering cultures of excellence and innovation.
As the creator of Behavioral Attractors, a pioneering methodology rooted in Chaos Theory, Pablo has redefined how people and organizations align their culture, processes, and strategy to achieve sustainable impact. His practical approach and attention to detail ensure that strategies translate into tangible results. His work reflects his belief in the transformative power of words and actions, as well as his admiration for the Japanese philosophy of Kintsugi (repairing with gold), which celebrates resilience and the beauty in imperfections, transforming challenges into opportunities for something stronger and more valuable.
Educated at a Waldorf school, Pablo developed a holistic vision of the world, further enriched by the influence of his parents, both university professors. His mother, a Doctor of Mathematics, and his father, a Doctor of Engineering, were founders of the Argentine Society of Mathematics and Design and the Argentine Association for Wind Energy, shaping his journey with their pioneering spirit.
A devoted husband to Mónica for nearly 40 years and loving father to Dana, Pablo draws inspiration from his family and lifelong friendships. Guided by Da Vinci’s principle, “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication,” and the Japanese cultural emphasis on symbolism and belonging, he balances professional achievements with personal passions. As a painter and writer, he channels his creativity into contributing to a more inclusive, resilient, and peaceful world, one action at a time.
Academically, Pablo holds a PhD with honors in Flexible Industrial Automation from the Technical University of Vienna, an Electronic Engineering degree from the Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires, and a mini-MBA from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania. A recognized author and thought leader, he has published on topics such as operational research, Behavioral Attractors, robotics, and high-performance organizations. He is a sought-after keynote speaker at international conferences and a passionate educator who has taught at leading universities in Argentina, Spain, and Australia.
His contributions have earned him prestigious accolades, including the Allen Bradley Best Technical Innovation Award and McKinsey’s International BTO Practice Olympics. Fluent in Spanish, German, English, Italian, Portuguese, and conversational in French, Pablo brings a global perspective and a human touch to every challenge he undertakes.
Outside of work, Pablo enjoys volleyball, rowing, yachting, running, and hosting asados with friends. Deeply committed to fostering growth and resilience in people and organizations, he works each day to leave behind a legacy of care, inspiration, and transformation, one action at a time.
Let’s turn your vision into unstoppable success.
